As somewhat of an introvert, the biggest thing I dread about engaging with a networking group is how obligatory they can become and how on the spot you can feel once you’re there. This group does neither of those things. Yet it somehow achieves a very close-knit feeling over Zoom and with a group that fluctuates based on specific topic interests, availability, and bandwidth. You always know an engaged group will be there and that you’ll connect with someone new and interesting.
